PERSONAL MUSIC HISTORY

• Started playing Clarinet in fifth grade and in high school learned to play the alto and tenor sax.
• Played in the Ponca City OK Marching Band and a Jazz Band through High School
• Played in the Oklahoma City University Symphonic Band while in college

• UpSwing for 8 years playing Lead Tenor
• Lovers Lane Jazz Band
• *NHBD
• *Santa Fe Concert Band

CAREER/RETIREMENT HIGHLIGHTS

• Owned and operated Mack Pak Inc. which distributes plastic packaging films and machinery throughout the Southwest and sold the company in 1999 and retired.
• *We like to travel as well as spend a lot of time in Santa Fe.
• *Very active in Highland Park UMC, Dallas and ChristChurch in Santa Fe

FAMILY

• *Wife is Pat and we have been married for 23 years
• *We have 6 children between us and 10 grandchildren

INTERESTS/HOBBIES

• *I am building an O Gauge Model Railroad, the second one that I have built
• *Active golfer
• *Love playing music in the bands

OTHER

• *David Mumma, John Blankenship and I all graduated from Ponca City OK High School in 1958 and are currently playing in NHBD
• *Our High School Marching Band was selected to March in the Rose Bowl in 1958
• *David Mumma got me back into playing my horn after a 50 year hiatus.
